🖋️ Who I Am
I’m a Las Vegas–based author and storyteller who writes healing fiction for hearts that have carried too much alone. As a writer of psychological fiction for women and emotionally intelligent stories for children, my work centers on empowerment, awareness, and the quiet beauty of becoming.
đź’ˇ Why I Write
Living with ADHD, I know what it feels like to be “too much” in a world that doesn’t always understand. I struggled with textbooks and clinical language growing up—so I turned to fiction, weaving truth into imagination to make emotional insight not just readable, but felt. Through my characters, I offer not just escape, but empathy, hope, and transformation.
What inspires me to write? Watching people stay stuck in toxic patterns because they fear the pain of healing. I believe the only way out is through—and fiction can be a sacred tool to reveal, repair, and reimagine.
Why I Write
I write for the ones who feel too much.
For the ones who’ve been told to stay quiet.
For the ones who are ready to begin again.
🧠Mental Health Themes I Explore
My stories bring awareness to often-overlooked aspects of mental health, including:
ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder): A neurodivergent condition affecting focus, impulse control, and emotional regulation—often misunderstood, especially in women.
PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder): A trauma-related condition involving flashbacks, emotional numbness, and hypervigilance after experiencing or witnessing distressing events.
GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder): A chronic condition marked by excessive, uncontrollable worry, often accompanied by restlessness, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating.
DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder): A complex trauma response where a person experiences two or more distinct identity states, often developed as a protective mechanism.
NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder): A disorder characterized by patterns of grandiosity, entitlement, and lack of empathy—often causing deep relational harm.
🛠️ Therapies That Shape My Stories
I also incorporate therapeutic modalities that support healing and emotional integration:
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): A trauma therapy that helps people process distressing memories using bilateral stimulation, such as guided eye movements.
IFS (Internal Family Systems): A therapeutic model that views the mind as made up of “parts,” each with its own voice and role—healing comes from understanding and harmonizing these parts.
🌿Where Healing Begins
Healing isn’t linear.
It’s a quiet unfolding—
one story, one breath, one brave page at a time.
🎨 Beyond the Page
When I’m not writing, you’ll find me analyzing TV and movie scenes for emotional nuance, organizing Pinterest boards like moodboards for the soul, dancing in the kitchen, or curled up with a blanket doom-scrolling social media (happily, of course). I love graphic design, daydreaming, reading, listening to music, and finding story sparks in the quiet corners of everyday life. I believe healing lives in small things—comfort food (bread is my love language), shared laughter, and stories that speak the truths we’re told to hide.
✨ What Inspires Me
My creative well is filled by authors like Karen Kingsbury and Abbie Emmons, by musicals and songs that ache with truth, and by the raw, resilient stories people carry—especially those shaped by trauma and transformation.
đź’¬ Welcome to My World
I write for the ones who feel too much, who’ve been told to stay quiet, who are ready to begin again. If that’s you, welcome. You’re stronger than you think—and you’re not alone.
❤️ The Heart of It
Not every truth fits in a textbook.
Some need characters,
and a little light between the lines.
